Our History

THE SPORTS, RECREATIONAL AND CULTURAL ASSOCIATION SHOW DI BOLA, abbreviated ASDB, better known as Show di Bola, was founded in Portugal in 1998 with the mission of taking children off the streets and protecting them from the world of drugs and crime during the holidays. During the activities, we ensured that all participants were in a safe and crime-free environment. In football activities, we promoted the union of different cities and cultures, overcoming rivalries between gangs. Unfortunately, due to adverse circumstances and lack of support, the project was put on hold for 15 years, until it was reopened in Macau in 2013. Now in Macau, we are dedicated to bringing communities together and we will promote enriching experiences for adults and children. We believe that coexistence and sharing activities are fundamental to strengthening social bonds. We offer a variety of programs that encourage creativity, learning and fun. Come be a part of our community and discover new ways to connect and grow together.
Goal
The ASDB RECREATIONAL CENTRE is a multicultural space that brings together all communities in Macau, without distinction of color, race or religion. We recognize that we are all citizens of the world and that the search for a better life can take us to new lands. We firmly believe that, together and united, we can build a future where everyone benefits. This center is designed to make both local and foreign residents feel at home and valued.
